ok im just trying to figure out how to adjust my camgears, and what it will basically do for the engine. my cams are stock on a b18b1 with aem adjustables. any suggestions?

 

Really there is no true way of just saying where to adjust them to. It really takes a trip to the dyno and a good tuner to get everything you can.

From what i understand you will gain very little, or even loose a little power if you adjust from stock.
