What to do first to my 5th gen?
Hey guys, what do you think I should do first to my car? Whatever I do, I'll lower it as well. Thinking of Tokico Illumas and some Neuspeed sports. That is, unless you've got a better suggestion for the suspension.
My main concern is that the kit might look dumb with stock rims. What do you think?

depends what you want to do to your car...do you want to go fast in a straight line? handle the curviest roads? make it a race car? or is it just for daily driving?
Hmmmm.... A better suggestion for suspension: ground controls, 450F/375R, with koni yellows, and a nice big fat progess rear sway bar. That's what I have, and I enjoy it.

Already have ECE Valeo "semi" fresnel lense projectors waiting to be retrofitted. Forget an HID "Kit." LOL. I just gotta get ballasts/ignitors, bulbs, bezels, and make a shroud. Gonna do that this December.
My car is just a daily driver. I will not invest ANY $$$ in boltons, because I don't have any real performance plans for it, besides aesthetics and function. (read: HID and suspension.)
Any and all "performance" money goes into the 557 hp Chevelle.

If you need help doing your retrofit, I've done quite a few for 5th Gen. Preludes. I'm also located in the DFW area as well. If you're interested, just email me at romanticpimp@hotmail.com

I'd also doing a GC/Koni setup - whether you auto-x/track it or not it makes driving so much more satisfying
I'd do the stiffer springs in the rear though. I have F400 R450 now and cart feels MUCH better than when I had them vise vera

Cool... my main questions are with aiming. I think you might've replied to one of my posts over on pp's forum. I don't know whether I should make a bracket, or just mount straight to the housing, or what... I'm actually north of DFW in a town called Sherman, because I go to college here.
are you going all show and no go or vise versa... pick your poison...personally i'm all about the speed...an ebay cold air intake with a k&n air filter quick easy power sounds nice to...highflow cat will make a huge difference...and lose the spare tire and jack if you stay local with a cell phone... QUICK EASY POWER...RC's ride

Yeah, I know where Sherman is. Its about 45-60min. from me depending on how you drive....What size projectors are you going to be using? You can probably just mount them onto the reflector bowl and still use the stock mounts to adjust the beam
