Default B Series Losing vacuum after driving.

Not that it matters but heres the motor.
B16 block, Gsr head.

-Compression is 240 across.
-Have run a chipped p28 for a gsr.
-Stock P72
-Stock P06
Problem is the same with all of them.

The car will idle perfectly pulling around 21 on the vacuum gauge.
Drive the car on VERY light throttle and it is fine.
Give a bit more throttle and it stutters and breaks up.
And the vac gauge will get very low at idle. EST around 10.

Dist has been changed.
And theres no codes.

Any help would be appreciated.
