Default how to drop power from 14.4v to .2-2.2v

how to drop power from 14.4v to .2-2.2v trying to trick ecu to not read knock because KS's are $$$$ using the tps signal as a knock signal????

14.4 volts?! neither sensor should output more than 5 volts.

no the sensor took a **** iam saying to get a direct wire from battery to ecu so i want to know if i can drop the volts to what the normal current is on the KS with is .02 at idel to 2.7 at 7200.
