Ignition Timing?
stock timing is 16d +/-2d, so 18d is still within the stock specs. I have mine set to 18d and have had no ill effects from doing so. low and midrange seems to be a bit stronger and gas mileage is supposed to improve, but that's a hard one to confirm. just make sure you use a timing light to set it.
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

the stock timing is or should be what? Thanks fo the help
hmmm, that's intereseting. I'd like to see the dyno plots, if you have them. I only us the ol' butt dyno and advanced to 18 seems to yield the best feeling lower power. how did the torque readings differ with each reading?
