Default Torn steering tie-rod boot.

The boot where my passenger side tie rod attaches to the rack is torn right at the small clamp (around the tie rod end). I noticed that the boots cost about $13, but the large band that clamps the large end of the boot to the steering rack is $11 by itself!!! Can these bands be reused, or can I get one from an auto parts store?

No I am not going to use a zip-tie on it.

They look like CV boot clamps, could I just use some from AutoZone?
