Default compression test results...good?

I finally ran a comp test and the results are in:
#1: 180
#2: 180
#3: 180
#4: 180
pretty good? I'm not sure what the desired numbers are, but i've heard that above 150 is good. Does anyone know what they should be? I had some oil in my cylinders so i think my valve seals are bad...which sucks...Oh well, let me know what you think of my results
