Default Radio going to hell

Hey guys i just recently sold my alpine deck cda-9813 and got the pioneer 7700 deck for my 97 civic ex. I tryed putting it in my self but for some reason it wouldnt come on so i took it to my audio shop and they checked all the fuses for me and solved the problem by a blown fuze under the hood. They redid my deck and put it in. When the speakers and subs came on only the back speakers were playing and my subs. I am running a alpine speaker amp to all my speakers. So what he did was unconnect my speaker wire from the speaker amp and did a check to pop my speakers. Well my rear speakers popped but my friend didnt. The guy is telling me my front speakers had blown and i didnt understand why. I went home took off the cover over the speakers and took out the 2 front speakers and ran wires to them from the amp and they played perfectly. Now hes telling me i have to rewire the whole car. About a day goes by and i get in the car and now nothing is playing. Front and Rear speakers arent playing, Neither my sub amp and speaker amp are not turned on. Someone told me to change my wiring harness because this can cause the problem. If anyone knows anything i can do with out changing every wire in the car and keep it afordable im open to options.
