ok I have a canadian manufactured VX that has a b18b1 impant on it.
Just like the title says, My tach keeps jumping up and down. I'm not quite sure what it is. I swapped the distributor from my integra to my b1 and it stilled did so. I'm not sure what else is the problem. Could it be my O2 sensor and my IAT cuz the does are those. my IAT is burnt so I need a new one and my O2 sensor needs to be repinned/rewired. What else could be the problem.

And another thing my car sometimes it bogs then sometimes it just runs great. I'm not sure what that problem is. Fuel problems?

 

For the bogging I would perhaps check the ignition system. Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.

 

My ignitor went out today and I've been reading about them for a couple hours.

I seem to recall people saying that an ignitor that is about to go about can/may mess with the tach. ?
