Default Model Difference?

Is the VTi hatch.. the same as the Si hatch?

92-95 model?

VTI = JDM w/1.5L SOHC VTEC
Si = USDM/CDM w/1.6L SOHC VTEC

anyone know the difference? I found a brochure for the 92-96 model civic hatch in the UK, I'm wondering if the 95 si hatch has the same, features... abs...srs.. etc..
