Im seriously considering buying or leasing a 2002 S2000. But Im hung up on what color. Give me your opinions.

 

White =cool in da heat!

Blue is the way to go!

 

My top choices are
-Yellow/Black Leather
-Black/Red Leather
-Silver/Red Leather

yeah blue is really gay... they should have called it 'homo blue'
now if it was the darker electric blue of the 6th gen Civic Si, that would be a different story.

 

haha, homo blue is so right. i can't believe they didn't bring monte carlo blue here (the darker blue in japan).

 

I love the Sazuka Blue

 

Gotta pick the Silver Metallic. Closest to a race car look, without being 'in yo face' like the Yellow (which is also pretty sweet!)

Me too, kinda funny how these guys are ragging on it, and it's got more votes than any other color.

 

I've gotten to like the blue.

 

i dont like that light blue they offered. i like the stock japanese dark midnight blue.

it's hard for me to pick.

Black sucks because it's too easy see swirl marks etc.

White is known for a fact that the CHP look for speeding cars that are white. They did sometype of survey on that amongts CHP officers. Red was third or fourth on the list.

Yellow is TOO in your face, but nice. It screams...LOOK AT ME!!!

Red is just red. nothing else to add.

Sazuka Blue...well....when SuperStreet posted a pic of it last summer, they told us the color, but posted a black & white pic!! I guess the color budget for that page went to the header!! dumbass mag...
Another thing, the interior color just doesn't look right...gay blue is right.

Silver...there are a lot of Silver S2000's around. but it is a nice color that not offensive nor FUGLY in nature.


Just one last thought, most of the S2K owners in the Santa Rosa, CA area that i've seen, are women. Guess what? I don't think those cars see anything above 6000 rpms But...they would be good cars to buy from them used
