Default Manual and Automatic Intakes

I was looking on the AEM site for a V2 for my 97 HX and it says manual only what is the diffrence between a manual intake and a automatic intake?

how much bigger is the auto tranny? I know the v2 is wide as hell, maybe there are clearance issues.

yes there is,
auto the back has no iacv,
manual it does,
the auto iacv is under the tb, thats for 96-00 civics.

He's talking about intake, not intake manifold.

There is a difference between the AEM V2 auto and manual intakes. The auto tranny has a mount that might interfere with the way the manual AEM V2 mounts.

sell it and get a manual. your torque converter is robbing you of far more power than that intake will ever make.

it's possible that the V2 routes to the area in front of the tranny, much like DC integras. the auto tranny mount might get in the way.
