Has anyone had dealings with customer support at Braille? I have e-mailed these guys 10 times still nothing. Are they still in business???

 

You talking about Blake and co.? I've only dealt with them once in the past, took him quite a while to get back to me and ship my item (cams). He did eventually reply stating he had been out of the office at a race somewhere.

yup. I shipped a RMA battery 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply on e-mails... ooooo-well.
