clutch pressure
in jan my tranny went on me...so i changed it...brand new clutch brand new pressure plate.....my boy put gear oil in my master so i changed the etire thing...new lines new master new slave.....because i had no clutch pressure....after changing them i got back a little pressure not much...so now i just finish doing my motor swap and the clutch pressure is the same....it just goes down..i have a brand new act 6 puk, stock ls pressure plate and a 7lbs flywheel....any1 knows why i have no pressure?...i tryed bleeding it and that didn't work unless i'm bleeding it wrong......i have my boy pump 20 times the open the bleeder and i repeat til i have clean dot3 in the master is that correct?
Bleeding the clutch, in my experience can be a major pain in the ***. Sometimes, no matter how many times I try to do it and how long I do it, I still never have full pressure.
One day I bought myself one of those cheap power bleeders that you pump. Never had a problem again on my car or any of my friends' cars. You should try it if it keeps giving you a problem.

with bleeding the clutch you have to add fluid like every other pump because the resivors so small, that the problem a few of the ppl i know ran into....until i heled them out. also be carfull to not over fill it.
