Found picture of my fathers 1978 Civic back in the day.
My father was telling me that with the swap he only had one problem...On the back of the motor there was a 1.5" pipe for cooling that wasnt threaded but somehow flanged, but from moving it around so much it would get loose and spew coolant all over the place....
The reason for the swap was that he hydro-locked the original motor
Lmao...when i got the b16a in my CRX he asked me why the hell wherent these motors available back then...lol
I would have to say yes.
I also found pictures of him in Portugal racing Hondas. Big numbers on the side and everything.

Other then Hondas he would throw around Opels and Citroens in Portugal.
Actually learning to drive stick I was self taught.
It was on a Friday when i bought my first car, 1985 Porsche 944. That night i didnt really touch it.
On Saturday I had work at 3pm and really wanted to drive it there. I started with the back and forth in my driveway. Got that down, then went around the block.
Picked it up pretty quick.
I guess i had the idea of the whole clutch thing down pack from riding motorcycles when i went to Portugal for vacation.
