Default Need fuel injector advice

I know this topic has been covered a lot but I cant seem to find a solid answer. My injectors tick loud, I mean really loud. I could hear them while driving and people are always thinking it's something else like a lifter or valves. I know for a fact theyre not my valves and they ARE my injectors (checked with a steth and a screwdriver. ) Well I keep getting a CEL for running too rich and I just replaced my O2 a few months ago and now i'm getting a code for O2 again. So do you think my injectors are possibly not spraying a mist and maybe more of a stream, causing my O2 to foul out??? Im gonna troubleshoot everything else this weekend but there really isn't a way to troubleshoot injectors according to Helms.

What kind of injectors do you have? Injectors can be loud, but not THAT loud.

I would check your valve lashing and timing.

its possible for them to stick open. and they can be checked on a vantage meter. but you have to go to a shop or spend a lot of money to buy one. i would just suggest replacing them and see what happens.

If you KNOW its your injectors, take them out and either clean them or replace them. If it continues means you were wrong lol

I concur.

Manually cleaning injectors? How does one pull that off?
