been waiting way to long for this dude.. bought a motor from him, ended up being junk, he promised me either money, or new pistons, btu was blaming another guy that he supposedly bought the block from. but, HE sold me the block, HE needs to take responsibility for what he sold.

So, kevin, i either want the money, or the pistons, NOW. im getting sick of your empty promises..

also, it took me 4 months to get the clutch and headgasket that was supposed to be included with the block that i bought..

obviously this is the one and only way of me getting this forward to you kevin.. and when you sold the block, YOU told me it was in perfect running order, that it was ready to drop in and go. dude, i have all of our AIM conversations saved in my computer. all i ask, is that you follow through with what you say you are going to follow through with. nothing more, nothing less. i have been more than patient with you in all of this. so i dont care if it was someone elses screw up with whats wrong with the block.. YOU SOLD IT TO ME!

say you go buy a used car from a dealership for instance.. the car breaks down before you get a chance to even utilize the car.. do you go back to the guy that owned the car that sold it to the dealership, or do you go after the dealership?

first of all how would i know u didnt run the block? how can i trust your words? when i bought this block, the orginal owner asure me this block is in good condition..but then again, i'm nice enought to offer to buy some pistons...BEST i can do is used piston!

becuase the headgasket i needed was in your hands! until, what, a week ago? do you run motors without a headgasket? probably not. so actually, you have to understand my point of view.. think about this in the perspective of the car dealership thing i was just talking about.. 99.9% of the people are going to go to whom they bought whatever it is from, if it is defective. make sense? if you are willing to straighten this out, i will be more than happy to have this thread taken care of. but until then this is what it has all came to my friend

 

just send me money instead then. last thing i need is another junk set of pistons..

 

i dont kno what you did what motor....dont come on here and try to insult me! how would i know....if you didnt run the block...u act like you cant go to the dealership and buy a gasket......either take the used pistons or settle for what you have! i'm already being decent by putting out my own money for something thats not my fault. you can come on here say what you want, i have many VOUCHES and have many guys on here that knows how do business!

sumo is a good guy and a good seller, i bought a ITR long block, haven't have any problems! i'll vouch for him any day!

 

Why wouldnt you take used pistons? Was the block you bought susposed to have brand new pistons?

 

becuase i dont want to get stuck with another junk set of pistons.. id rather just take the $200 you talked abotu before, as your half of it.

the block was never ran. as i said, i never got the headgasket you promised me.. i was going to buy one, but you kept saying you were gunna ship it, or you said you had a trackign number at your parents or whatever, so i decided not to buy one and take your word, and save myself the money.. and why would i send the block back AFTER i have already had to spend all this money on machine work now?

and you were the one that told me, you were going to take care of this. you assured me many times.. i would rather just have the 200 you offered before, other than be stuck with another set of pistons that i cant use.. i dont wanna risk it anymore.. if thats ok with you.
