See http://www.todaracing.com for info
If you're leaving your intake and exhaust stock - then you should stick with either stock cams (with cam gears, FPR and tuning) or mild cams like the Toda A, Jun II or Crower.
The bottleneck in your system will be the stock exhaust. I recommend investing in an aftermarket header, bigger cat and cat back system

My suggestion; get the money in hand first. About $2000; have that money ready to go dedicated to cams, cam gears, etc. Then re-read all the search stuff you read before, and then buy the cams that you like best.
Thanks for you guys info. Yes, I already did a full search , I know you guys dont believe me. But from what I learned is that with the setup I want which is I/H/E
and running some cams with those bolt-ons I should go with Toda A Cams. But still I want to know more about this like , will it effect my engine ? the life of my engine?etc etc

Do a search, you will find enough info to keep you busy for awhile.

I've been trying to get this done for about 2 months now. I've had cams sitting in my living room for a month. I tried to give up and sell my cams twice now. I'm not saying don't do it, but know what your getting into. If you just throw some cams into your car it's prob going to run like ****.
