What it'll do is keep the hot air that normally comes out of your valve cover from going back into your intake manifold. All it does is help lower your intake temps.

i noticed it takes a little longer for the engine to warm up, but theres less smoke coming out of the exhaust. i only run the breathers over the summer, cause the engine warms up pretty fast. but i take them off over winter to help the engine run warmer. and any parts/race shop should have the breather you will need for your car.
