Default Suggestion....

I have a 93 Prelude and I'm thinking about doing a couple of upgrades but I dont know which one should I do first:
Camshafts, springs and retainers
Fuel system
OR
Ignition

??????

Assuming the car runs ok now, cams will be the only upgrade you listed that will make any difference. However it may require springs/retainers, depending on which cams you get.

You plan on boosting in the future? If so, the camshafts will be counter-productive to the turbo....

I say start with the basics I/H/E - and if you're boosting in the future, go with a not-so-expensive header.......

I have an h23 with cat back, header, cold air intake and stage 1 clutch. I'm going to keep the 23 and go turbo in the future. But for now I want to add some more ponies to the 23.

Save your cash for your turbo setup then, you dont need I/H for a turbo setup, so you have already wasted enough money.
