Default Price of Azenis climbing?

Seems the guys at Discount tire direct have adjusted their sales price for the Azenis. Last time I looked I saw 'em for $62. a piece. Tonignt I see this: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/dt...=sizes&index=1

I guess I knew the party wasn't gonna last forever. But, I just feel it's unfair that they have raised it within it's first 6 months to a year of availability.

I checked SEARS, and they're pushing 100 a piece. You know where I told them to go.... Nothing could be better than charging a set of tires

I actually went by Americas tire today and their screen showed 75 but he said he could give them to me for 62. Just ask they will lower the price, it is always better when you go to the store. try this place and ask them to price match, http://www.vulcantire.com/azenis_t.htm

Yeah, I think they even brought up the price of 16" Parada's from 86.00 to 107.00, but the thing is they provide free shipping now, at least thats what the sales rep told me over the phone.

I just ordered a set of Azenis on Friday and the total price shipped was $280.01. They said they would be at my house by mid to end of march. There were 53 orders in the waiting list and the rep was nice enough to check to see if I could get in on the next shipment.

I found them. Search under tire size (205-50-15) and then check max performance. It says they are on special order though, and you can't find out the specs either. Anyone know the treadwear rating by chance?

My Azenis are fine on wet/damp roads but now that they're down to a little less than half tread they are fuggin scary in the rain I can spin the tires at 60mph in 5th gear on the interstate just by going full throttle...
