Default Benefit of polished Intake Manifold??

I was looking at the Victor X manifold on some sights and they offered in polished and unpolished. I was wondering if there is any benefit to the polished one? Do they polish the inside of it too to allow for smooth airflow?

The benefit is the sex you will get. the polished version is extra bling which makes the panties fall off.

i thought for an intake you dont want to to be smooth because smooth = less air turbulance and that = less mixture of fuel and air = need to be richer

It's only polished on the outside and it adds some bling factor to an otherwise dull engine bay.
