Default What shocks for my springs?

Hi guys!

I have a 92 Civic hatch with the SOHC motor.

I've bought springs with adjustable sleeves and I want to find the suitable shocks for them.

rate: 350 rear; 450 front.

I'd like to know if that rate is too much and they are too stiff for my car?
And what brand/model of shocks would you reccomend for them...
Yellow KONI is the item of choice by now... any other suggestions.
Thanks to all answers in advance and have a nice one.

i <3 my koni yellows.

the adjustment is kind of wierd, they don't click, you just have to turn them all the same amount, and they are also more expensive, but i think they are definitly worth it.
