Default clutch from a b18 to a b16?

My tranny is acting up on my b18b and I'm going to replace it with a b16 tranny! My question is: can I take my ACT heavy duty pressure plate and street performance clutch from my B18B tranny and put it in the b16 tranny????

Thanks
