engine swap question scroll down to the bottom and help me
i have a b series tranny how to i identify if i wanna know which b it is from all that i know is that it is hydro

if u look at ur tranny from the front of the car, there should be a code bar....the first 3 letter/number combo is the one ur looking for. I have a Del Sol VTEC and it says Y21 on mine...

anyone can anyone help me also what else do i need for my swap on my 97 ex coupe i have the hydro b series tranny and a 93 teg engine non vtec will i need ther intermediate shaft and what axles will i need

so will a 93 ls integra engine fit?
what will i need cause my car is a 97 obd 2 which manifolds will fit what exactly will i need cause im gonna buy this engine today later on i just want to make sure its worth it

what else do i need
like i said i have the tranny im getting the engine later on today only if its not gonna be to much **** though the engine is not gsr its out of a 93 integra ls or rs im not sure it has the manifolds distributor and some other nick nacks what exactly will i need to make this work will i need the intermediate shaft can i use the 93 teg manifolds will the distributor work on the 97 civic coupe some one help...
