I found a k20 with less than 6k on it; a full swap 6spd tranny with axels linkages ECU- harnesses etc. for 1500$ I'm looking to make a 300hp daily driver /NA.

I have an sol/SP2 exhaust from greddy- I'd like to use it even if it mean cutting it up. Ne way just wondering what type of header and down pipe will i need for this swap.

I was also told I need to get a cable tranny shift box? and a CRV bracket??
I haven't seen a k20ed sol yet, I can only imagine what type of fabrication and time will go into this project.

Who else knows what non FI mods will get me to 300hp and keep the engine running smooth for daily use?

 

nothing less than 5,000 in the motor will get you to 300hp with a k20...

Try to imagine doing the swap in any eg civic. That's exactly how much time and fabrication is required.

 

What is a crv bracket ne way?? and since I haven't done a k20 swap yet this is new to me.

I'll be posting the proression of the swap and mods until the car is clean and pulling like n s2k with no gas.

K20 del sol better be faster than that. I can beat my buddy's ap2 s2k with my H22 sol.

Just search for installs into eg's and you'll get a lot of info.
