removing cat
Are they too tight? Stripped?
If they are just too tight, try to get your hands on an airgun/compressor. Borrow one if you can. If not, try to put some penetrating liquid (PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, WD-40 if you can't get the others) and then try again. Try to get a breaker bar on there and use a 6 point socket, not a 12 point. The 12 point makes it easier to strip the bolt if it's tight.
If you stripped it, you might be able to use vice grips. Or you can use a dremel and make it into a shape where you can get something tight around it. If that doesn't work, Craftsman has a reverse type socket set (not sure what it's called), but when you turn in in the counterclockwise direction, there are pieces inside that dig into the offending bolt and grab on. Then you can unscrew it.
Good luck. I hate stuck bolts. They are pretty much the only things that slow me down when I work on cars. I can remove a motor in like 45 minutes, but usually stuck bolts and PITA **** makes it take a whole damn weekend.

Mine was like that to. I just soaked them in wd40 for 15 mins and they came off like butter. wd40 works wonders. Like i prolly would have broken them off if not for wd40. Like i used a breaker bar and they wouldnt budge, i was just twisting the woe exhaust system. But with the wd40 i got them off with just a 3/4 inch socket. Now my exhaust exits right after the first cat, cheap mans exhaust system lol. Its real loud. I got the idea to through some washers inbetween the cat and the pipe(where they connect). So that way there is no rattling at all but stil sounds good. Right now its wired up lol, sounds alright down low but ******* screams after 6 grand, i love it lol

i had to do that a month ago. it costs like $2/ each at honda.
in order to take the bolts off, i used PB Blaster, an adjustable strength impact gun and a swivel bar. The swivel bar came in really handy for those irregular angles.
