G2 Bogging at low RPMs
I have recently noticed a problem with my DA. At low RPMs when I take off in first gear it seems to bog down. It will also do it at low RPMs in all gears, below 2k RPM when I give it a lot of gas. I know the car isn't going to go any where fast when giving it a lot of gas at low RPMs, but it shouldn't be stuttering either. When it happens it stutters a lot and will not go unless I back off or down shift. The problem does not occur when I am driving hard or taking it into high RPMS.
I just replaced the battery(needed replacing), the wires, and plugs(platinum 2). Also have had the timing belt replaced. I have ran fuel injector cleaner through but it didn't help. Could it be the distributor cap or coil? Its getting to be a really annoying problem. The teg has 200k miles, but was told it wasn't stock engine or tranny, engine is still B18A1.
I just need a little help. I tried searching but nothing.

Try adjusting your idle screw, on the DCs its located on the top of the TB, I'm not sure if DAs are the same.
::Also check if your throttle cable and see if it has any looseness(wtf thats not a word) to it, mine did and it was affecting when I took off, I just messed with the throttle screws a bit and it fixed it right up.

i got the same problem on my 92 gsr. bogs exactly the way your car is..
when i advanced my timing it was fine, but then i started running really hot (spark plugs were white and blistered)
im gonna try changning my coil and igniter maybe..

I didn't really think of the idle. I think it is a little loose. I will try adjusting the throttle cable tomarrow morining and see if that helps. Thanks for the quick responses.
