Default Newly aquired 93 HB need some info!!!

Well I just bought and towed home a 93 DX hatchback. Got it off a customer at work for only $300, body is in good shape and so is the int. considering its 12 years old. Only problem is the seized alt. pulley and blown headgasket. Besides for that it's in pretty good condition.

Now here's where I need some help. And of course I did the mandatoy searching first but unfortunately came up empty.

The car is now automatic. My goal is to swap in a 5-speed, build the block and head slightly with some porting and a turbo set up.

Questions

1. I thought the engine in the EG's were a D16Y8 but I'm not entirely sure. I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify this.

2. What is the code for the 5-speed manual trans from a 92-95 civic

3. Is the crank a 6, 7 or 8 bolt?

Thanks for the info and if your interested in my set-up I'll be running see below:

Engine:
-eagle rods (I know eagle sucks...)
-skunk2 race valve springs + retainers
-ARP studs
-port+polished: int. mani., head + TB
-new headgasket, seals and bearings
-14B turbo
-custom tubular exhaust manifold
-2.5" downpipe + full exhaust
-450cc DSM inj. + 10A resistors
-S-AFC
-EVO IIX FMIC
-Excedy stage II clutch + stock flywheel

Suspension:
-skunk2 camber plates
-skunk2 lowering spring
-KYB yellows

Exterior:
-HX wheels powder coated black
-JDM lip kit + rear spoiler
-ITR yellow paint

Interior:
-Roll cage
-2x tenzo R racing seats (black
-stripped int. (except: front seats, dash, center console, door panels and floor mats)

I'd like to put down at least 200whp at 10-12lbs of boost using just the AFC for tuning and be able to run 14's @ 90-95mph with DR's. In the future I plan on upgrading to a K-series engine (maybe a k24a2 or built k20a) and at least 12's on slicks (if not 11's), hence the use of a roll cage.

Any suggestions/comments are appreciated.

Why do you need a roll cage if your only gonna have 200whp?

and you no if you don't wear a helmet witha rollcage, and get in an accidet you will hurt your self even worse..

READ above.

Later I plan on going for 12's if not 11's with some K-series engine. I'm planning ahead but for now I have two D16's and I plan on using them first.
