Default Looking for some info on cams!

ok, Im looking for a little insight from some fellow H-T members about building all motor . I used to have an FI del sol so im new to the All motor seen. anyway I currently have a delsol Si with a b16a3. All stock. I have it powered by a GSR ecu. I was wondering if i could use GSR cams in my current head. If i can do i have to use the GSR springs, valves, and retainers?? or can i use my stock b16 valve train, will i have to adjust my stock valves if i can use them??. And will there be a difference between the GSR cams and b16 cams?? what can i somewhat expect as a power gain??. all help would be appreciated. thanks guys!

yes you can use them. you should see more power in the middle to higher powerband yes you will have to readjust the valves just as you should with any cam swap. you can use the stock valves and retainers. if you have the complete gsr head why not swap it on
