The EG radiator is prolly whats keeping the hood from being closed......is it sitting right on the subframe or did u cut it to make it fit?

it's gonna be a tight fit anyways. what mounts are you using? my brothers ls/vtec hits the hood but it still closes all the way. he's using the hasport mounts. maybe the mounts you are using are making the motor sit at an awkward angle.

did you take your hood off when you did the swap? maybe its not lined up write..or the EG radiator is hitting...

that might help but also might look funny. we are doing the jdm front end on his car though so we are hoping that will solve his problem. as for me with my b series i just have an ls motor that doesn't hit but is really close. i've decided against the jdm front but am going to get the VIS jdm stlye carbon fiber hood that has the hump rather than the dip and still fits the US front end.

You need to dremel off a part of the hood skeleton. Then the hood will shut no problems.
