Default building obd2 block

my prelude has bout 130k on the stock h22a4 block and it just doesnt seem peppy enough, ive decided ill have it rebuilt around christmas and i want to start making up a list of the parts ill need. i want to use a fresh, sleeved block from exospeed, mainly so i can keep driving my car thru the majority of htis project. my goals will be a torquey naturally aspirated setup so the compression will be around 11.5:1-running JE pro series forged racing pistons,JE plasma molly race rings, and forged eagle H beam rods. what head gasket would you guys recommend, and should i go with all oem parts for the oil pan/oil pump/bearings and gaskets? thanks for your input.

i wasnt sure if the higher compression would affect the valvetrain. what fuel management is suitable for this? if i can save money by just a a/f guage and a safc-2 id be exctatic.
