dart block build up what else do i need

Default dart block build up what else do i need

hey i am gathering parts to have evans tuning build me a motor, horse power goals are between 700-800whp so far i am getting
dart b18 block with 84.5mm bore
full-race rods
eagle stock weight and stock stroke forged crank
84.5mm arias pistons
moroso oil pan
acl bearings
and arp head studs
what else am i going to need should i bother doing an after market block gridle? just want to have everything i need before i make an appointment their

You will need,
Water pump
Water tube
T-stat housing and t-stat
Temp switch
Oil pressure switch
Knock sensor is optional depending on engine management
Oil pump
Main seal/cover for the tranny side
timing belt gear for the crank w/those 2 guide/washers
main pully or dampener your choice and bolt
timing belt covers
Timing belt tensioner + spring
oil squiters or plugs
oil baffle (I used the LS one on mine)
block gridle not needed

Is the Eagle crank any stronger than an OEM crank? The OEM crank should be fine for that power level.

Also look into a breather setup like the Endyn breather kit. You're more than likely going to have a shitload of crankcase pressure and need one.

As far as tuning goes, Jeff will most likely prefer to run Neptune, so you should be set there.

You need a head, I'm surprised nobody else mentioned this. Look into different camshaft applications, but again Jeff is very knowledgable in this respect and will be able to help you out quite a bit with head work as well.

You also might want to look into purchasing an aftermarket intake manifold, such as the Edelbrock one or the Full-Race, depending on your budget.
