Group of friends and I just purchased a Honda Civic with a fully rebuilt B18C1 motor. Just curious, but those professional drag racers - does anyone know how often they would take out their motors to get it rebuilt again per season?

so hold on a group of people purchased one car!?!? wtf, lets start a bet on how long this will last, i give a 1MONTH, someone will break something and then everyone will say we didnt break it you fix and i wanna race, i wanna beat it today, id bail!

that's easy, his house on monday, his friend's on tuesday, etc etc. and they take turns on the weekend

I could not let anyone borrow my car. Except for my girlfriend but you're pretty much obligated to...and doesn't mean I'd enjoy it. If you're driving in my car you better be ready for some rules. ****** friends I be nice and finally allow them to smoke and eat in my car...what do I get for it? A pile of ashes burnt a hole in my otherwise perfect backseat, and doritoes and melted candy (which stained my carpet) scattered around the interior... NOBODY would borrow my car. BWAHAHAHA

i dont even eat in my car..... , but it is my first car and ive had it for like 3 months so yea, its my baby!

I had the same thing happen. I stopped letting people eat when i found a stash of taco bell wrappers under the passenger seat. Thats when i put the ban on. I do eat lunch in my car everyday but i'm carefull about that.
