i would not do that. i would first verify that you have fuel pressure and spark and go from there

i have spark, the fuel pump pressurizes, and there is fuel in FPR. could i check the spark plugs to see if fuel is on them? the car will just crank but wont kick over and start.

Which line is it off of the FPR that contains fuel??? The fuel return line, or the vacuum, or both???

just hook up a fuel pressure gauge. checking the return to see if fuel is coming back wont help

if you really want to pull therail and injectors... you could. just letting you know ahead of time that the pressure will push the injectors off the rail.
