Now i feel like a noob Anyways I thought ( stupid me ) that 99-00 si had Y21, so i bought the 00 si tranny and it is s4c. What is the difference??
I assume it will have no problems with putting it on the b18c5, would y21 be better??

Lastly i also bought CTR helical LSD with 4.4 final gear attached. Removed from a 1997 Civic Type R. S80 (Helical LSD). From one of the best B-series transmissions Honda has offered in its vehicles. Found in the ITR and CTR. 96-00. Final Drive: 4.4 and rarely in 4.7
To quote Honda "HELICAL LIMITED-SLIP DIFFERENTIAL" Working in combination with a suspension setting designed to further improve front-wheel grip

yes the ctr lsd will drop into the s4c or the 99-00 si tranny....AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE RING GEAR ON THERE!!!

i do not know exact differences between all the trannys just know that the ctr lsd will go into the 99-00 si tranny...in fact just did 2 of them last week

yes has the ring gear....at least the picture shows it....should drop right into an s4c tranny
