Default OE CTR LSD - Direct Fit Into 99-00 Civic Si Tranny?

Pretty self explanatory topic.

I have a customer with a 99-00 Civic Si coupe with the S4C tranny. He brought us a CTR OE LSD and I need to know if it's a direct bolt-in without having to change the ring gear, etc.

Thanks in advance.

have not heard of anyone being able to just drop in the CTR/ITR OEM LSD in a b16a tranny without changing to a GSR/ITR ring gear

Yeah i just matched it up with an OE ITR ring gear.

So I'm assuming the OE ITR ring gear will still mesh with the Si 4.400 countershaft?

i'm pretty sure ctr's have tapered roller carrier bearings, the s4c's have sealed standard bearings.

So? Does it fit? I have heard all kinds of sh*t about this subject and know one has come up with an answer.

It works if you have the ITR FD as previously stated; I have one in my Si tranny.
