how is that a waste of money? being able to see better at night is a great investment, don't knock it until you tried it

I'm guessing you're rollin around with your halogens still or possibly some shitty aftermarket hyperwhite bulbs....Once you go HIDs/Retrofit, you never go back.

can i be first on the list? is anyone taking orders on this? i've been thinking about doing it for a few months now, but i don't have the time, nor patience...so i'd rather shell out the money for a good upgrade from an experienced person.

pm brian into doing a retrofit for you, he's pretty good at doing them,

brian is prelude1897, you should ask him to show you some of his past jobs.

I still have my personal set up for sale. I'm asking $650+shipping and stock lights in return. The reason I'm asking that much is cause I had the insides painted the same color as my car which is Crystal Blue Metalic

^X2. One of best things I have done to mine as well. Make sure you get quality parts though. I like OEM so I have S4 projectors with BMW Ballasts and Phillips bulbs.

i read the write up from the link. it suggested you upgrade your wire harness. did everyone who has the retrofit done that? or is that just a precaution?

I just spliced into my Low Beam harness, and I've had it like this for about a year now without any problems

just a quick question though. what is the typical price of the projectors? just an estimate would be nice. i dont want to get any off ebay because i dont trust "Item is not returnable or refundable". I'd rather get brand new ones.

**** brand new ones are pretty expensive, but if your looking for used stuff, prelude1897 usually has several sets, anywhere from 100-150

yea, most of the time, the projectors are about 200 bucks.. but the HID kit will run you at least that...

I usually sell whole retrofit part kits for around $300-$350 depending on what projectors they are....Right now, I'm needing headlights so that I can put some projectors in them. I have a set of E46 single xenon projectors if anyone would like me to do a retrofit for them. If you're interested, just IM me or email me at romanticpimp@hotmail.com
