Default dealing with JDogg...

before i voice my complaint, i'll ask how long it takes to get a b18c1 driver's side upper engine mount from a dealer.

because... months ago i from ordered from Jason Wadsworth at Superior Auto Tech (JDogg on here, or Wadzii, as he's commonly called) a bracket which he said that he could no longer furnish. so, our agreement was that he either provide me with the upper gsr mount (round piece) or a refund. he thought that he had the gsr upper piece, so he said he'd send it, but later said that he'd ordered it, after he realized that he did not have one. ok. a few weeks later i received a lower mount. i notified him, he apologized, and i returned it. he was out of town and said that after that weekend he'd order the correct piece. ok.

several months go by. i email him; no response. i post in a thread which he's created and he replies that he's still waiting for it (from Santa Claus?). had he not the good reputation which he does, i'd not have bothered, but here i am. surely, he's the great tuner and builder which everyone claims, and he's prolly a great guy, too, and busy. i'm not out to libel him, but i don't see why i should have to jump through rings of fire or even post like this to get so little as a response from him, just to be told to 'just wait longer.' it's only $50, and i'll gladly take a refund. i'm just pissed to be ganked around this way. we've all been there. so, anyone else have problems? as usual, i'm sure that if i was local i'd not (expect to) have this problem.

i've had good dealings with Larry @ Endyn, Rocket, Robear Racing, and many others, and yes, Wadzii seems like a nice guy and a very capable tuner.

the 'squeaky wheel' needs 'the grease;' you're reminded since/when it squeaks. most often the ones which are maintained and in good working order offer quieter feedback.

i have faith that he'll come thru; just when?

I use Jason for tuning and some mechanical stuff if I don't have the time or tools to do it myself. His shop is about 20 minutes from my house, so it's pretty convenient. He's been good so far, especially with the tuning, but he does have a lot of stuff on his plate and stays really busy. I've had to be a pest in the past to get a couple of things done, but it's never been a big deal. Just keep after him about it and he'll get you taken care of. He's a good guy, probably just got a little overextended, it happens to all of us.

Sorry shop owners, if your overwhelmed by your workload, then don't go into retail and mechanics and don't accept money for Christ sake! It's a called a deposit. Ummm....deposit for expenses, and balance for profit????

Really pisses me off when you wait and wait, and then you don't get what your payed for, OR you get one of the used ones laying around, OR they sell YOUR PARTS to someone else AGAIN, OR they use YOUR MONEY for THEIR ****!!!!

Customer is always right...wake up.
