Default clutch adjustment

my clutch wont adjust from hte tranny ive tighten the adjusting know all the way then i tried loosening it all the way then i tried mid way, but still has no affect on where my clutch is engageing.... reason why im doing this is because my clutch is real loose and it engages way at the top of the peddle. Was wondering if there was a way to adjust the clutch from the pedel if you can how??

Also if anyone knows how to adjust the idle when the car is warm that would be great, i dont know where the adjustment screw is...

well does your clutch slip? how many miles are on the clutch? loosening and tightening the adjustment screw on the clutch cable should change where the clutch engages..if not you might have a stretched cable as for pedal height you have to play around wit the nuts on the back of the clutch pedal assembly..you want it to be even wit the brake pedal at least thats where i like mine to be..it might be time for a new cable i was havin probs wit it engagin all the way at the top..replaced the cable and bingo now it engages about 2 inches from the floor the adjustment screw for your idle is on the throttle body its a flat head screw but if your idle is jumping or fallin you could have a clogged IAC
