Do you mean a valve cover? - the black cover that says HONDA MOTOR CO on it?

You can find them in the Classifieds section here or on Ebay. If the paint is chipping, you're best option is to just repaint it. It's very easy and you can do it for much less then the cost of a new or used cover. Do a search for painting valve covers, there are some how-to guides on H-T and Team Integra.

Or are you by any chance talking about cam seals? These are cheap and can be purchased for no more than 15$

either take it off, have it sandblasted, then paint it with 500*F paint, or take it off and send it out to be powdercoated. the powdercoating looks SO much better and lasts like forever; all you have to do is wipe it clean and it shines again. and if you don't want the down time of either option, get a junkyard one for cheap and fix up that one then just switch 'em out and sell the stock on on ebay or something. just keep in mind that '96+ (i think) teg/CRV have the PCV valve in the valve cover so those valve covers aren't interchangeable with earlier ones.

You do mean valve cover right? Because cam seals are a different mechanism

cam caps, as in the caps that hold the cams in the head. as opposed to a valve cover.

the valve cover is what you see, the cam caps are underneath. the cam caps hold the cams in while the valve cover only serves to keep the oil in the engine and, in this case, to help spread oil over the cams.

i was thinking the cam caps them selfs were design differently in the 96+ engines then in the 90-95 ones.

you're confusing cam caps with valve cover. you're talking about the valve cover, so stick to that.

don't worry about "cam caps." it's something totally different and out of the scope of this discussion. i was just making a note by mentioning them. i didn't mean to cause confusion.
