i know this is a stupid question, but did u assemble everything like its suppose to be?? The reason i ask is because my friend bot his Ebay coilovers installed by a local shop his rears made clucking sounds. I took it apart only to realized that the one of the washers was missing from the shock. I put the washer on and it worked, never clunked again.

edit: i dont think its the coil bouncing around, that looks pretty snug.
