Default Type-R Value with 100,000 miles

I'm thinking about possibly selling in the next year.

Anyone know what I should ask for a 2000 PY with 100,000 miles.
It will be 100% stock when I sell it minus a comptech flywheel.

.

All original and decent condition.... I'd say around 15-16k. Again like most you may have to sit on that price for a little bit so start advertising now and see what happens.

It depends a lot on condition and maintenance. If it's in excellent condition (consistent with the mileage - for example, you would expect small chips on the front end and windshield) and all the maintenance is up to date (including timing belt replacement, etc), then you might get $15-16K. If it's more typical, with a few dings and scratches and such, then maybe around $14K.

Sold mine 00 ITR (stock except for header and cat-back) recently for $18.5K but with a lot less mile on the odometer. Sold it within a week of being on the local paper.

Good luck with the sale if you decide to sale her.

I think you should save the car and race it, and buy a new car for daily driving...but we've had this debate already...lol

Seriously, the car is basically already ready to be raced, and he wouldn't have to invest even more money as he would in a car he buys that's not yet ready to be raced. As much as he likes to race, it'd probably be more beneficial in the long run to race what he's already got and invest into a new daily car...Besides that, why buy a newer car to race and keep the older one to drive daily? I see it from both perspectives though...
