yes, except for the bends on the return line and sometimes they have a different return line tubing size.

the GSR/R use a 43.2psi regulator. which is accurate between 2psi. You can still use it becasue your ECM will now the difference VIA your o2 sensor. IT MAY run a tad bit richer but not much to make a difference.......you may get a little soot built up at the bock of your car after a while.
I still say replace it with one from the same model vehicle just for tubing shape and diameter.

yeah there is variations between fpr's, b17 one is the highest pressure i have seen for stock; but yeah, the ecu will compensate
