Well I finally bought my first power mod. an ebay intake. please dont think im a nub because im asking this. I also own an old turbo Supra.

Anyway, there is a TINY vacuum line that connects to the very end of the stock intake tube, right by where it attaches to the intake manifold, that connects to a small square-ish unit that just says "UP" on it. Problem is the new intake does not have a nipple to reattach it and Im sure I dont wanna just plug it. So could someone tell me where I can source a vacuum for it and what it is for please? Or would it even be feasible to remove the nipple from the factory intake tube and somehow install it on the ebay tube.
