The best thing you could probably read is a Helms manual.

remeber, set TDC, don't forget the lower crank gear shim, do a valve adjustment, torque to probper specs u won't have a problem, i have gotten it down to about 25-30 minutes to pulla hodna head

to pull the b series heads u have to... set to tdc... take off the timing belt off the camgears.. take off the exhaust manifold... take off the valve cover.. take all the cam *** what are they called..... idk the things that hold the cams down.. take them off put them in order on where they came off., they need to go back where they came.. take the 2 cams out.. take the rocker arms out.. bam head bolts.. okay now...

get under the car and unbolt the support braket that holds the intake manny to the block undo fuel and coolant lines..

its hard to explain get a helms or chiltons

thanks boys, dont you need to set the cams some way so that i know how to put them back on the right way? so do i need to take out the dizzy. how many bolts are holding the head down? once i have the head off can i see what went wrong or will i need to actually take out the piston? can somepne taka a couple minutes and write a short step by step

1. take of IM
2. take of valve cover
3. take off cams by....do i need to mark them so i can put them back in.
4.etc...

uhhh....its not gonna be a short step by step it would be a couple of pages on how to do it.. if it was single cam i could write it in 2 paragraphs... but how b's are greedy u gotta take teh damn cams out.. it took me an hour and a half to get an ls head off i guess b16 is the same.. just get a chilton for a gsr it will tel u.. or helms
