no boost

my buddy got a teg with a t3/t4 and it will spool to 0 boost any suggestions? we looked for leaks but found nothing

if the tur4bo spins free thenblades rub fo sho. neesds some lube to spin or timing off which boostleakking..........letsgo jeez get fixed to turnup boost. my car would beat u. aaaahhhhhh
