I have been using this tool for about 1 year and it works great. you don;t have to use a puller,or hammer the rotor, once the axle is out of the way and the 4 10mm 12 point bolts from the back of the hub, put this tool in the center and hammer assembly out .... all you techs out there if you don;t have it, get it
matco makes it ( wheel bearing hub assembly tool ) part # LT825...
no I DON'T work for Matco or get any deals from mentioning this

I missed the point of your response.
The purpose of this thread is for those who want to know about tools like this, not those who don't. It's in the right place.
If this tool saves a tech any time at all then it's worth it. In the automotive repair business, time is money.

Hub over rotor sucks *****..... Anything that can help, I'm down with it! But I think I'm gonna do the rotor over hub conversion next summer.

u are correct , i typed in the tool number and it shows nothing,,,,,,,,but that is the correct number .it is written in the box it came in, and i asked the matco tool man yesterday and he gave me a price ,,,but i got no clue why it does not show it on their web site ...I noticed they have an updated tool for around 250 dollars , maybe they scratched the other tool ,,i wish i knew the answer ..
damn iut man what am i to do now i bought some tool from summit or jc whitney might be the same kind of thing its a hub puller that you put on the wheel studs then it pulls the damn thing apart but i have to say i get freakin scred that somethign is going to break like me or something. because u bascially put the large bolt on the axle and press it in and it forces the hub out so it kind of scraces me cuz i really don't want to mess anything up and have to pay more soon...you know what i mean
