Default CTR piston's and 404 cams

i was wondering i have CTR piston in a b18b block with b18b stock rods, and i am going to use 404 crower cams, and i was wondering if that is safe. what i mean is , is the lift and idration to high for these cams. or should i use another cam. i am really confused on this set up with ctr pistons, i also have a set of itr usdm pistons.
