Oil temperatures?

Hey i was wondering what kind of oil temperatures you guys are seeing? I am seeing 210-250F after hard driving and was wondering how this compares to others..

300+ at least after hard driving with 345whp and no oil cooler yet except for stock itr heat exchanger.
